Genspira is a new startup set up in 2019 to research a new tidal and run of the river, renewable energy technology.

This new invention can use the power contained in moving river and tidal flows to generate motion to power a generator.

The technology is intended to be used as a Tidal Fence and also to be used across rivers. It is the ambition of the organisation to construct a fully functioning power station, as a starting point to showcase the technology and to expand globally.
